She was born in Alamogordo, NM on January 8, 1934 and has been a Yuba-Sutter resident for 55 years. Mildred is survived by her husband, James R. Binse and sons, Gerald R. Binse and William J. Binse. Inurnment will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9th at Live Oak Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel. The family would appreciate that donations in Mildred's name be sent to Sutter North Hospice.
